When browsing the internet day in day out, we always come across websites that really need to be introduced to 2011. So we came up with an idea: we are conducting free Wysi website M.O.T’s to show you any problems that may exist with your website and how they can be fixed.
If you’ve received an email from us you’re probably wondering why you haven’t passed your Wysi website M.O.T... Well here are some possible reasons:
1. Your website is outdated... on average a website has a life span of 2 and half years and it’s extremely important to stay ahead of the competition. Such as following trends and having a strong online presence.

Aha! Why wysi? A good question and one we are often asked by customers. "What made you choose that name?" etc. etc.
Well, it's quite simple really; we wanted a very short (3 or 4 letter domain name), something that was a bit quirky, perhaps funky even, definitely memorable but we also wanted to convey our key business ethic - transparency - in the name. Brain-storming in the summer sun one balmy August day, we started playing around with wysiwyg. WYSIWYG - an acronym for 'What You See Is What You Get'. This suited our ethos perfectly but the word was too long, the domain names probably already taken, and we didn't really want to be seen as a wig company! So, some bright spark then said "WYSI" and the others went "Yeah! Just wysi!" and so it stuck.
Occasionally, we get pronounced 'wisey' or even 'wi-si' but we really don't mind at all. We pronounce it as 'wizzy', but you can call us what you like (within reason please).
