Well, it's not just one actually - there are quite a few.

Promise 1 :Transparency in all dealings with you.

We believe that our industry should be transparent and that dealing with a web development company should not require you to understand gobbledygook. So, we'll speak to you (and write to you) in plain English. We will not wrap up small print in technical jargon.

Promise 2 :No hidden charges.

We'll set out exactly what you'll get from us, detailing what we will do (and what we won't) for the price quoted. This way there will be no shocks and disappointments later on. If you do not understand something, we'll explain it to you. Whilst it's hard to get a Crystal Mark for writing technical specifications(!), we will always try to explain things clearly.

Promise 3 :We won't 'invent' work.

We're not in the cowboy industry, so you won't find (after it's too late) that we've sold you a load of stuff that you will never need or use. We're here for the long term, not just for a 'quick buck'. We'll look after you and treat you right.

Promise 4 :A direct line to us: no call centres.

We all dislike call centres and menu systems; with wysi you'll get no 'lift muzak' or menu options, just a cheerful soul at the end of the phone, ready to help you. This is particularly appreciated by our telecom services clients who, unlike BT customers(!), just call us and cannot believe there is no queue!

Promise 5 :The best solution for you - always.

Being able to offer a 'whole of market' range of services and solutions, and not being commission agents for software and services, we have no personal interest in recommending one solution over another. We listen to you, assess your needs, recommend and advise but most of all - you decide.
