Murray McIntosh approached us in December 2012 to discuss the rebranding of their recruitment business which specialises in a variety of business sectors. Murray McIntosh were organised and knew roughly what they were wanting and understood that a well built website was an essential requirement to the re-launch of their website.

The Brief

The brief was to deliver two of our core services; brand identity and bespoke website design/development.

Phase 1

Brand: To create a classic and instantly recognisable brand identity from the re-design of their logo to business cards.

Phase 2

Website: The second phase was to deliver a professional website design that had a clean design with the use of interesting imagery.

The Design

Although a corporate design was necessary we wanted to visually bring the website to life with the use of interesting imagery, after all at Wysi we believe that great images are a main contributing factor to any good website. The images used we're not chosen by chance, careful consideration was given to the unconscious thought of the site visitor. Main cities were chosen to show off all the countries were Murray McIntosh are located.

The site needed to be interesting yet informative, as the navigation would be shared by a number of key audiences; clients looking to fulfil job placements and candidates looking for new opportunities.

As with all recruitment websites information gathering was a key requirement, information needed to be taken at all levels. We designed a clear layout that gave prominent click to actions.

Overall we delivered a design perfect to the clients brief, Murray McIntosh's testimonial shows our devotion to this project.

Testimonial
" When deciding to produce a new website we looked extensively at other sites out there and ended up with some very clear ideas of what we imagined our own to be like. Initially our biggest concern was finding a company that would take on board all of these thoughts but also create a site that stood out as something a bit different. We didn’t want our site to blend in, we wanted something that people would remember!

From our initial meeting with Luke and Ricky right through to the end of the process Wysi seemed to understand our needs and were quick to produce high quality ideas that reflected exactly the kind of things we were hoping for. During the first stages of design Bronwyn was so helpful and in constant contact with me on a daily basis catching up with the latest designs and changes. If there was anything I wasn’t sure about she would come back with some variations almost straight away.

The end result has been a website that not only looks great and reflects our growing brand but has a great functionality for clients and candidates visiting the site and for us in terms of the back office function. We have had lots of positive feedback from clients and candidates complimenting the new site.

I would recommend Wysi as I think they offer a great overall package with great customer service that does not end when the process is complete but continues into the future to make sure that we are always getting the most from our site."
