Our Approach & Project Process
Having worked on over 100 projects there is a clear process that we've honed over the years to help ensure the right results for every client. Whether it's a marketing website, an intranet/portal or a bespoke iOS App we tailor our proven process to suit and ensure that you are clear on each step of the process.
We have 5 stages that form a project: 1) Strategy, 2) Design, 3) Build, 4) Amends and 5) Quality Control.
Prior to this we go through our Discovery Process which ensures we all have a clear understanding of the brief and an agreed proposal to work from. This is essential for all parties as it ensures there are clear objectives but also brings any potential obstacles to the fore. We believe this is the most important step and our ability to consult with clients on business goals and scope out a solution is a key reason for our success and the success of our clients projects.
Our Technology Provider: Siteglide
In 2009 we evaluated the top 20 platforms and partnered with Adobe to enhance their core web hosting platform. In 2012 we launched Siteglide, a platform for agencies and businesses to manage their website with ease while keeping it extremely powerful and flexible. Siteglide has continued to innovate, hone and improve the platform having outgrown the Adobe technology and instead fully utilising the Amazon AWS infrastructure. AWS offers the highest level of security, speed, flexibility and features making it the ideal core for Siteglide.
Siteglide is truly an enterprise level infrastructure without the enterprise complexity or cost. Siteglide is extremely easy to use but also ensured it helps automate many processes meaning you spend more time running your business or on your marketing activity rather than wrestling with technology.
